Conveyancing Solicitor Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated solicitor legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join our highly regarded Conveyancing team. Youâll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where solicitors, paralegals, and support staff work closely to deliver exceptional service to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities
As a conveyancing solicitor, you will be responsible for:
– Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
– Advising clients on sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters.
– Drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting title checks, and liaising with third parties.
– Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
– Maintaining high standards of client care and communication throughout the transaction.
– Meeting the commercial requirements of the firm through efficient case management.
