Catherine works in the Howells Property & Conveyancing team, dealing with all aspects of residential property. They previously worked as Head of New Build at other reputable law firms. They have experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property law, and has extensive knowledge of new build property.

Catherine qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2008 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in October 2023. They are a dual qualified Licensed Conveyancer and Chartered Legal Executive.
