Catherine Shelton

Catherine is a highly experienced member of our Property & Conveyancing team, supporting clients through all aspects of residential property transactions.  Having previously worked as Head of New Build at other reputable law firms, she brings extensive knowledge of both traditional residential conveyancing and new build property—helping matters progress smoothly, even when transactions become complex.

Dual qualified as both a Chartered Legal Executive (since October 2008) and a Licensed Conveyancer (since October 2023), Catherine combines technical expertise with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
