Cody is a qualified Solicitor in our Family Law team, specialising in divorce and separation, high‑net‑worth financial matters, issues affecting unmarried couples, and pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements.

She also advises on private children matters, as well as Non‑Molestation and Occupation Orders, supporting clients with care and clarity during particularly sensitive situations.

Cody graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a First‑Class degree in Law with Criminology, winning the Graysons Family Law Prize for achieving the highest grade in the module. She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield in 2023. After joining Howells in 2022 as a trainee solicitor, Cody qualified into the Family Law team, bringing with her additional experience in conveyancing and civil litigation.
