Danielle Mahyar

Danielle is a Family Law Solicitor based at our Barnsley office and has been qualified since 2016. She joined Howells in 2022 and now works exclusively within our Matrimonial Team, supporting individuals and families through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Danielle advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial matters, domestic abuse cases and disputes involving children. She also represents parents and other family members in care proceedings, where sensitivity, clarity and experience are especially important. Clients regularly describe her as calm, approachable and highly supportive—particularly when dealing with emotionally charged or urgent matters.

She graduated with a Law degree from the University of Lincoln before completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield.
