Elouise Taylor

Elouise graduated in 2021 from Sheffield Hallam University with Honours in Law with Criminology. Elouise first joined Howells working in the Matrimonial department as a New Enquiry Handler and progressed to a Legal Assistant before then joining the Conveyancing team as a Paralegal in 2025.

With experience assisting families going through difficult situations, Elouise is committed to delivering efficient and accurate support throughout the conveyancing process.

Elouise works on a wide range of conveyancing matters, including:

• Sales of residential properties
• Purchases for both first-time buyers and experienced homeowners
• Transfers of Equity involving changes in property ownership
• Remortgages to support clients in refinancing their homes
