Joanna Sharp

Joanna joined Howells in February 2026, and has worked within conveyancing for over 13 years. Having undertaken training with Council for Licensed Conveyancers, she obtained a Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice in 2020, before obtaining her CLC Licence in 2021.

Joanna has a broad range of experience with residential property matters, including sales and purchases, transfer of equity and remortgage. She appreciates that clients are often going through the legal process for the first time and takes pride in offering a high level of client care, ensuring that clients are kept up to date and fully informed as to how their transaction is proceeding.
