Matt joined Howells in 2004 as an IT assistant and worked his way up to IT technician in 2006. He always had a keen interest in software development and took the opportunity in 2010 to focus more on developing the firm’s case management software SOS Connect.

When the firm moved to a fully hosted desktop solution in 2011 this has enabled Matt to spend more of his time on IT development projects.

In 2017 he fully updated the Howells website to a modern, mobile-responsive site and now splits his time between SOS Connect projects, website development projects and other IT developments.
