Tina joined Howells in January 2023 and works within the Residential Property Department in the Rotherham Branch.
Tina began her legal career in 2010 as a Paralegal and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has specialised in Residential Property work since qualifying as a Solicitor.
Since qualifying as solicitor, she has gained extensive experience and has carried out a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy purchases and also dealings with unregistered land.
Tina is friendly and approachable and prides herself on providing a high level of client care and a professional service.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and her two young children.
